After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
Our average ETA is currently 1-3 business days warehouse processing time to ship + 2-7 business days transit time after shipped, and in some cases deliveries may be delayed. We apologize for any inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Can you ship to my address?
Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states and territories is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Can you deliver my order to PO Box?
Please note: we currently DO NOT dropship to PO Boxes.
Does Familybuy remove old furniture?
Sorry,we do not remove the old furniture,we recommend that you call your city or town to determine the best method of disposal for your furniture, or search out a local charity that may be able to pickup the furniture and benefit from its reuse.
What if my item/ package arrives damaged?
When you receive your item, please check your item carefully. If the package appears damaged, please complete the following steps:
1) Take a picture of the damage.
2) Then please email us at service@familybuy.shop immediately and attach the photos.
3) We will contact you directly with the next steps.
4) DO NOT throw away the boxes or packaging materials, otherwise, your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
